Matt was absolutely awesome. As buyers from out of state, we needed someone with eyes and ears on the ground. He did tons of research on each home in which we were interested to make sure it was worth the long drive to look at them. Once he found us the right home, he helped us negotiate a great deal. Once under contract, he stepped up even more! Working with the inspector, several contractors and continued to drive negotiations in our favor. Since closing, he has been an awesome resource for referrals, has helped us with various(some labor intensive) projects, and the go-to guy on what's happening around town.
